So I'm limited with 1 6 gal Carboy and a 3 gal Carboy. I want to add 2 lb frozen mango's at secondary, in the same carboy. Everything I've read the mango's have been added to a secondary carboy then the beer racked on top. Has anyone added to primary after 14 days and fermentation complete without using a secondary carboy?

Yes it is possible to do. The main thing you want to be careful with is how much you agitate the beer when adding the mango's. Oxygen is the enemy. Racking onto the mango's is safer, but not 100% necessary.

One thing you could do to add them slowly and carefully is to put them into a sanitized muslin or nylon bag and slowly lower the bag into the beer. It's how I dry hop in primary.

I just did a pineapple IPA, and I added the pineapple after 2 weeks of primary fermentation. I added it directly to the primary bucket in a muslin bag. I left the pineapple in for 1 week, and then I followed with 1 week of dry hopping.
