Hello everyone. I'm wanting to clone Bell's Mango Oberon using their Oberon kit then adding the mango, but was wondering if anybody else tried this and if you did when do you add the mango additive.
Thanks

I don't know what format you have as the mango, but if it's flavoring, you could just add it at packaging (bottling bucket or keg). If it's fresh or puree, you could add the fruit in the fermentation vessel for a few weeks, then transfer to keg/bottling bucket once the flavor profile is where you like it.
