Want to add some mango in my dipa. Brewed a 5 gal batch, gonna leave 3 gal as is, 1 gal oak treatment and 1 gal fruit treatment. So, how much mango should I add to the gallon to impart the flavor but not to overpower the brew?
I used 6 mangoes in 5gal of imperial hefeweizen (slightly american hopped) and you could barely taste the mango, if that helps. It was a damn good beer though.
