I had some really great wine last night. It is a semi-dry white wine with a small amount of carbonation. Not too much, cuz it's bottled with a cork.

It is imported from Italy, exclusively by one company.

If you can believe what the bottle says, then Julius Caesar commissioned the wine and he named it Mamertino. The grapes used are Biancale and Trebbiano.

So, my question is does anyone know of any wine kits using these grapes? Or juice of these grapes?

I imagine you could combine some biancale and trebbiano wine kits together to make the same result. I found some trebbiano wine kits for sale, but can't find anything about biancale.

Googling 'trebbiano wine kits' came up with 23000 hits, but nothing relevant came up for biancale. You may have to just call a winery that makes biancale wine and ask if you can buy some of their juice.
