I made myself a batch of Wheat Beer yesterday for the first time. I grinded my grain in my homemade grinder I just finished. I copped out and didn't make it adjustable.
Now my problem is my OG came out mush lower that I anticipated. I think that since malted wheat is much smaller, I would of had to of milled it finer that barley malt?
