It's hot out there. If you're anything like me you love beer, but people frown on drinking it the early morning hours. What's a brewer to do? Make soda.
I was recently sent a copy of Making Soda at Home - Mastering the Art of Carbonation by Jeremy Butler! Aside from my sample copy (watchout, TxBrew is writing a review!) they also sent me a copy to give away.
