Making Cycer

I'm planing to make cyser this new year but I'm not sure what is the right ingredient of it.
Can I only use this below ingredient?

- Honey
- Water
- Yeast
- Yeast energizer
- Sliced apples

Do I need to add the apple juice?

Well most times I have made a Cyser I have used simply apple juice with honey to bring it up to my desired OG. This last time I actually had access to a press and was able to smash the apples up and then press the juices out of them. If you just use apple slices you aren't really going to have the best flavor extraction. But as with all brewing this is something that you can experiment with. A vanilla bean or cinnamon stick can completely change the flavor to something amazing.
