I'm new to Beer Smith but I found this recipe for a Maibock online here.

I entered it into Beer Smith and the IBUs and ABV come out way differently. Is there any rhyme or reason for this? I adjusted the hop alpha acids and such, which only further decreased the IBUs. Is there something I am doing wrong?

My equipment is set up for me by measuring the boil off from my pot and all that. I am not doing a full boil but I cannot imagine that would change the IBUs that much.

I figured it may be obvious to someone else. I just don't want a thin watery beer.
