I cannot read their website that well as it does not like opera, but it looks as if it is 99 cent an oz

you can buy bulk hops cheaper so I am not sure what the draw is

I wonder if they will be selling magic beans next ?

That is an interesting concept. That is just the lupulin dust at the bottom of the bulk bags. On the really big bags (44#) there is quite a bit of dust down there. Could be fun to brew with.

They don't really tell you what it came from so I would only use it for fun. I guess you could use it for biter/flavor/aroma and see what happens?!
 
They say that they collect the dust from all their hops and pack it together as the magic hop dust. Sounds like a way to make a beer you can't reproduce easily
 
When cold-hopping(not dry), some plant material persists in floating; maybe as a powder, all particles are same size, and may settle completely.
