Been brewing off and on for six years, but really just now decided to start doing it right with temp control and all grain, and also finally getting over my desire to "kitchen sink" every recipe. I've gotten alot of good advice just lurking over the years and its time to <gulp> actually join up and post. By the way, I'm from the New Orleans area, but have been in Orlando since Katrina, and my brew pot (until I upgrade to a larger one) has always doubled as my Gumbo pot.
