Hello from Portland,Oregon!

I have been lurking on the site for sometime and have finally decided which direction I was going to go with for my own setup. I mad a Keezer last June from all the available info on this site and I am now working on a Home Brew setup.

I have made a few batches of great beer (yes that is very subjective) on a somewhat commercial setup and truly just enjoy the tinkering both with the recipes and the equipment.

I just began renovating the garage to make room for what is to be my own slice of Nirvana. I am going to jump right into things and build a small cold room (already outgrowing my 5 tape keezer) which will serve multiple purposes, and a small bar off of said cooler to enjoy both Home brewed Beer and some of the many great beers we have here in Oregon.

For Brewing I have looked at many many options and to start I have decided to go with Brewha Medium BIAC but I have not yet decided on which options I want with the systems as I do not love the Power control system. I have reached out to Ryan at Electric Brew Supply who makes some beautiful stuff as I also want to be able to grow my system (At some point I may use a 3 vessel system in concert with the BIAC just depends how things go)

I truly appreciate all the resources this site has to offer and I certainly wouldn't know half of what I do with out all of you and this great site.

I look forward to sharing my experiences and continuing to grow my love for Food and Beer!

(yeah we have lots of great beer here! but the weather sucks so please do not move to our state)
