Hi, what's up, gals and guys.
I've been creeping around and lurking the forum for years. Lots of them. I really finally got to the point where I feel I can contribute. Since I have been loving the posts, finding all of the answers I needed etc.
A massive thank you to the Brewers out there- it's been a huge help for me.
Brewing for now a decade! I like to focus on more classical Euro styles, lagers, perfecting, cleaning, finesse-ing. Every now and again I get wild and use some fruit or wood. I also do a couple wines a year.
North Houston/ The Woodlands.
Taps:
German Pils
Red stripe clone
Secondary:
Dead Guy Ale
Bottles:
Pinot Gris, Yakima Valley, WA
Tempranillo (Spain)
On Deck:
Researching Einbeck beer (Ur-Bock), predecessor to bock.
