Strange thing happened, well maybe not so strange as this is my first all grain, so what do I know? But I built up a small krausen within 24 hours, then it fell the next day. Now, I've experienced a resurrection. The krausen rose again on the third day. I'm wondering if Jesus is sending me a message, or if this is just your average run-of-the-mill Christmas miracle?

Temp swings a MAXIMUM of 5 degrees but rarely. Temps are fairly constant within 2 degrees or so. Due to my complete lack of vorlauf/whirlpool/filtering it is not cloudy, but murky, and I named it "Mexican River Water" so I guess it makes sense that the yeasties took a siesta.
