Hello everyone, recently I bought a Fontana International Cabernet Sauvignon Kit and took a starting Sg. It was 1.080-1.085. If I let all the sugars ferment it would create 12.5%. Isn't that a bit low for a Cab? Cabs I drink are 13-14%.

Any feedback is appreciated

Thanks :mug:

I have made very good cab sav at 11%. SG alone won't tell you how good a wine will be, there are a lot of factors.
