Evenin', i have a Dortmunder in the new lagah' fridge and i realize it won't
get up past 40*. usually with my old fridge, i could get temp between 45*-50*
will a 40* temp cause any problems?? I do have fermentation, slow as lagah's are. thanx, Jim ...
 
Thanx, i may have to kick the door open a crack ... or build a ferment chamber ...

STC-1000 costs like $8 including shipping at aliexpress. You will need to do a bit of wiring but there are good instructions on what to do online.
