Hey all,

Recently brewed a pumpkin ale. Used 9.75 lbs of golden promise, .5 pounds of Carmel 40L, .5 of Carmel 120L and .25 of special roast. Also added in about 16 oz of canned pure pumpkin. Our gravity was supposed to be 1.055, but ended up Being 1.040. I used a new kettle, and also ended up with an extra gallon of liquid. I stored my wort for the past 2 days trying to decide how to proceed.

Would you suggest reboiling? Or will that give us off flavors from our hops and spices...or should I just pitch the yeast and hope for the best?

Any and all feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I'd let this one ride to preserve the hop & spice additions as they are. Sounds like a full boil, o try to get more boil off next time.
