LOTS of grain in brew kettle - Anvil Foundry

I'm brewing my first batch on my Foundry and once the wort came to a boil I noticed a ton of grain in the brew kettle. What did I do wrong?

I used the pump to recirculate during the mash. Was my grain too fine?

Is that picture pre-boil, or post-boil?

Edit: I just reread your post. It could be hot break, and not grain. Did you have a boil over?

The pic was taken a couple min after it started to boil.

It started to over boil a bit

I'm betting it's hot break, and not grain. Either way, it's nothing to worry about.
