The 25 gallon kettle is spike brewing also. Yes I believe the SS chiller is 1/2".

Assuming op bought the 15 and 25 around the same time they should look identical just different sizes. Spike changed their logo some what recently. They should also be induction capable, unless spike change kettle manufacturers. I just bought 3 15 gallons kettles from them myself, great products.

Yes, they have stainless shanks. I believe they are 4". I can get pics. Price does not include shipping. But should be < $10 to ship.

It is an older unit probably manufactured in the 70s-80s. It's a commercial unit. I replaced the tower with a full stainless steel dual tap tower with Perlick faucets. Works great has built in drip tray. Very high quality.
