Lost the recipe...what is my hop schedule?

So I did the unthinkable and lost my Belgian strong recipe. Thankfully I have all the grains and hops (0.5 oz Hallertau and 4 oz Northern Brewer) but I dont know when to add them. NB is high in AA so i won't add all...but what recommendations do you all have? Best part is I just started my 90. Min boil so here goes nothing....
