Just made a mash tun with copper manifold in a 48 Qt Coleman rectangular cooler. I ran a test batch of water through and because the drain is above the manifold there was little over a gallon of water left in the cooler. Is this a problem and if so any suggestions for a fix?

Did you have a hose on the spigot? If that drops lower than the manifold, you should be good. :mug:
