Looking to use up Cascade / Pearle

I bought a pound each of whole leaf Cascade and Pearle from Puterbaugh farms (great prices BTW).

I bought these two varieties because I love BM's Nierra Sevada. Well, I've made 10 gallons of that and would like to do something else.

I am not completely against buying another type of hops to complement, but the goal here is to use the ~10 oz of each that I have left. (Not necessarily in 1 brew)

I love APA, IPA, Ryes, and the like. I would welcome suggestions from any of those categories, but am really curious to hear your suggestions for some other types of beer that would work well with these hops.

Maybe a medium colored American Brown Ale or a Dark Cascadian Ale (never made that but sounds do-able).
