Looking to buy True TDD-1

I am looking to buy my first kegerator and really like the TDD-1. There is one in my local craigslist now for $400. It looks to be in decent condition and seller states "Works great, very cold".

According to the serial number it appears to be about 19 years old.

Any thoughts on this one? Is it too old? Are there better options? Is the price good? Etc...

I've had mine for 12 years. It's bomb-proof. Just remember, it's a commercial kegerator and it's pretty loud (it's in the kitchen). We've gotten used to it, but the first month or two I heard a lot of complaints from the wife. Kevin.
