I am not sure where to post this but I am looking for someone to brew with on a semi-regular basis. I live in the North Saint Paul area of the Twin Cities. I have looked at joining at a brewing club but I know I usually have a conflict with the meetings. Are there other brewing clubs in the area that have different meeting times?
I have 8 or 10 batches under my belt and have just made the jump to all grain brewing, although I am missing a few pieces of equipment ie wort chiller. I have mainly brewed ales but just acquired tepmerature control for a minifridge of mine and am now looking to do some lagers.
