Hi all
I'm a new all-grain brewer and was recently gifted about 50lbs of specialty grains from a local micro-brew (I do all of their refrigeration work) I was wondering if there was a website or app where I could punch in the type of grains I have and it can spit out some recipes.

Ok well here goes!

1lb- Munich malt (light)
2lb- Pilsner malt
1lb- Rice hulls
6lb- Pale wheat malt
1lb- Crystal 40 malt
1lb- Crystal 75 malt
1lb- Crystal 15 Malt
2lb- Cara Vienna malt
2lb- Toasted rye flakes
2lb- German Pilsner malt
1lb- Carabeige malt
2lb- Briess Carmel malt
5lbs- Carapils malt

There you have it!! So actually 27lbs of grains. Any ideas?

Well half of what you have is caramel/crystal malt so you're going to have to space those out among a number of batches. You could brew a wheat beer - say all 4 lb of pilsner, 4.5 lb of wheat, and 0.5 lb of C-15, caravienne, or carabelge to use up some crystal (that is Carabelge, right?). Could sub in some rye if you like.
