I'll be in staying in Atlanta close to Centennial Park and am looking for suggestions for food and drink. I'm hoping to find a place with good BBQ and beer. Any suggestions?

Jim N Nicks had great bbq, and this wonderfull ale called mudbone. I only went to the ones in birmingham but they have them in Atlanta also. They have a 3rd party brew mudbone, you can only get it in the restaraunt.

Not available in the Denver restaraunt, some kind of dispute with the brewer.

The little bar right beside the Fox theater has a few belgians (Last time I was there. the place changes hands frequently so it might not be the same.)

I dunno when I was living there my favorite beer place changed ownership and went to sh*t.

And I was going to suggest my favorite restaurant but apparently that just closed at the end of last year. Something about the property getting sold...

The Vortex looks pretty cool and it sells Dogfish Head. I can't get that here.
