looking for filter system

hey everyone,
My name is mike, I work at an orchard and I ferment hard apple cider. I am looking for a good filter system to use on the last rack before bottling.I can't seem to remove enough yeast to stop continued fermentation in the bottle. I love flat hard cider.

yes, you can use that for wine. i'm sure there are a few different kind of wine filter products out there but all i know about the one i posted is that it works for beer too.
