So I'm getting ready to brew the following over the long weekend. I'm looking for it to hit around 10% ABV and have a big chocolate/coffee flavor, obviously with a bit of roast but not too overboard. Added some oats to help with that smoother mouthfeel I'm looking for. I may also add some cold-pressed coffee after aging the final product for a few months.
Any suggestions?
