I'm new around here (obviously), and I've been trying to find some relatively inexpensive flip-top bottles. 16 ounce bottles are preferable, but I don't really mind. If you're looking to sell, I'm willing...to buy? Yeah. Anyway, that's about it. Thanks.

I guess the color doesn't matter too much to me, I just wanted clear bottles so I could check on the color of the drink. Also so possibly no one assumes I'm drinking beer (heh). I'm fermenting water kefir, actually.

In forestry school I would put oatmeal stout into recycled glass coke bottles. Worked perfectly for days in the woods.

I know IKEA used to carry them for a really good price. That was a few years ago though no idea if they still have them.

Edit: It looks like they do, about $4 a bottle though.

Trader Joes has ginger beer in flip top green bottles. They are 32 oz. and are around $2.50 (including the ginger beer). Not a bad deal. I use them for cider.
