I am working on a small kegerator, not my main one. It came with a regulator but it has a problem with the pressure relief valve leaking. The valve looks like it is made into the back of the regulator body and can't be removed.

So, I am looking for a relatively inexpensive regulator. Who has the best deals? Thanks.

One thing I've found is that it's totally unnecessary to get a regulator that tells the pressure in the CO2 tank. The pressure stays constant until the very end. Only way to tell what's left in the tank is to weigh it. Single guage regulators are definitely cheaper.

The one on Keg Connection was going to be my fall back regulator if I didn't find anything. else. I really doubt I find anything new for less.

I've thought about getting a welding regulator... will it work, or do you need some special connections/fittings?

Most welding regulators will work just fine if they have a normal CGA-320 connection. The Harbor Freight one I linked above has both the Argon and CO2 input connectors.

i tried the harbor freight one. 2 problems. It comes with two stems, and of course the wrong one was installed to start with and no matter what i tried i couldnt get the original one out. Also it is a welding flow gauge and not a pressure gauge. It can be changed out but add another few bucks. If you have a pepsi distributor near you then you can get a cornelius 2 gauge with built in backflow for 35 and save the shipping.

I had the same problem with the harbor freight one, its not worth the issues plus it has the wrong gauges. The kegcowboy one is awesome is to adjust and read, and the guys there were great to deal with, mine shipped the same day i ordered it.

Thanks for posting the sites with the cheaper regulators!! The one at Keg Cowboy is perfect for what I am looking for.
