Currently have a basic milk Stout in the primary and am planning on adding 1/2 Cup Dutch process cocoa, 4oz cocoa nibs, and 4oz mint leaves into the secondary. Mint leaves have been soaking in Vodka to sanitize and I plan on doing the same with the nibs. Unsure about the qty of mint. I am looking for something that will have a rich chocolate flavor with a hint of mint.
Trying to avoid having a mint bomb on my hands.. suggestions?

I brewed this recipe and it actually turned out relatively good (not everybody was a fan). Definitely got better as it aged (flavors came together instead of standing out individually) but it was a little thin for my tastes (might have mashed at below 156). For the mint flavor, I threw 10 peppermint tea bags in during the last 10 minutes of a boil. If I had to add mint flavor again, I'd do that as it wasn't overpowering.
