This is a total longshot. Once upon a time, we were visiting the Westin Innisbrook in Florida. They had a terrific, and quite unique, sausage on the breakfast menu. Seems to me that many Westins may have also had it. I really loved it but have not been able to find it anywhere. Definitely not your standard sage, pepper, blah, blah recipe. I'd really love to know the recipe or even something similar. I've been all over the standard sites for sausage recipes to no avail. I'd even be happy just knowing the manufacturer. Perhaps, I could reverse engineer it. Thanks for your help!
