I recently tried to make a Spotted Cow clone. The attempt was close, but as I tried it against a bottled of SC, I noticed it had a little tartness, or bite to it that mine didn't. I am not sure if I can get it with different hops, I used Tettnang, for bittering, Glacier for late addition. I used White Labs 029 Kolsch yeast, maybe fermenting at a higher temp might get it, I was at 66 degrees. I don't have grain bill in front of me, but is was 2 row, flaked corn, flaked barley. Any ideas for that little bite would be appreciated. Thanks
