Looking for a good base recipe Pale prefereably...

I want to try few experiments with some fruit, mainly peach/apricot orange, and others similar fruit that I can find. I brew in 5gal batches but im looking for a good base recipe that I can brew 5Gal of, then split into 1 gal batches to ferment on different fruit

I was planning to do a similar experiment with BierMuncher's Centennial Blonde sometime this winter. I've made it before and everyone enjoyed it. It's a great recipe.

97% pale malt
3% C80 for color


bitterness, mash temp, hops,..etc..etc.. is all up to you.

Cheers guys. I think ill just do a pale with a bit of crystal. Id ideally like a slight sweetness to it if im gonna ferment on a few fruits.
