Could anyone point me in the right direction for a basic brew filter?

Preferably one I use with the kegging equipment using the co2 as the propellant. Also one that is sold as a whole kit. Not a bunch of separate pieces I have to get.

Thanks everyone.

I was also wondering if anyone knew a general idea of how much beers gets lost in the filter since I assume no one rings out the beer in the filter into their keg.
