We're about to pull the trigger and buy a 30 gallon blichmann boiler, I wanted to see if anybody had one they are selling or had a source for one cheaper than what I can find one for. Cheapest I've found is $520.

Didn't even know about them... Lol. Thanks Jwin! I found some 30 gallon stainless cooking pots for $117 on eBay this morning too. Thinking about picking one of those up and just transferring the hardware from our keggle. It would be nice to save all that cash for other equipment.

We're going to go with Spike's 30g setup. We'll save enough we can buy a stainless chugger pump too. I'll have to post a pic of the new rig when we get it all build. It'll be a 15g HLT with 2 10g Igloo MLT and the 30g Spike boiler. Now we'll just have to find cost efficient way to ferment 10-25 gallons of brew at a time.

Spiedel has new squared fermenters coming out, August I think
It's believed that two 60l fermenters would fit in a refrigerator side by side. That'll cover about 24g with blowoffs.
Or just get a hdpe drum.
Though I'm not sure you could get much more than 15-17 gallons out of 20g fermenters...
Except low gravity.
If u find that the case, u could always grab a 30gg igloo off Craigslist for cheap....
What I did.

I'm waiting for the 20 gallon stainless conical insulated mash tun by ssbrew tech, they have the 10 gal on their site but said they will follow up with a 20 gal

I could buy a lot of coolers for that price...

Check out plastic conical induction tanks. I ferment 7-15 gal in mine (slated as 15 gal but holds roughly 18). You could probably get your anticipated volumes in a 30 gal conical
