and still were able to get it to Carbonate by adding sugar water??? We moved so I had one that smelled and tasted AWESOME but it was in fermentation for almost 90 days. I am hoping it carbonates!
I've gone 8 months in carboy and it carbonated just fine. I routinely go a couple months and have never had a problem. The yeast will laugh at your puny 90 days and carbonated just fine.
