I'm going on my 3rd extract brew now. My first was absolutely terrible. I guess I started too quickly. After doing some more research and gathering more equipment I was off to my 2nd batch, an IPA. It has been in the bottle now for 15 days and I fridged one last night and I must say that it was mighty tasty. I'm hoping my 3rd American Wheat from Northern brewer will be just as good. It has been fermenting for 10 days now.
So far after lurking for a long time and finally joining this community. I feel this hobby paying off and I can't wait to try new experiments especially going all grain.
