Let's see...I've been brewing for 18 years now. I recently moved overseas (again) and found myself going to this forum on more than one occasion when trying to use a new local ingredient or find a way to make use of random bits of different grains.
I'm pretty much interested in all types of brewing/fermenting. I used to love darker beers, then I was into meads, then I was a lupulin threshold pushing hop head. I'm currently interested in great examples across all styles, and particularly like to push others into craft/micro brews.
This site is a great resource for folks with no local homebrew scene or suppliers. Keep doing what you're doing.
