So I brewed a Belgian tripel exactly 12 days ago and my OG was 1.100. I added a combo slap pack of Belgian strong ale and dry champagne yeast and so far it's still bubbling......I'm assuming its not going to jack up the taste of my beer for being in primary for so long right?
 
No, with homebrew you can primary for a long time without issues. Fermenting in a commercial brewery with a lot of pressure on the yeast causes autolysis after a time...but commercial brews dump yeast pretty early.
 
12 days is nothing. I often leave my big Belgians for months in the primary.

In fact I usually leave all of me beers for 3-4 weeks in the primary.
