I've only brewed 2 batches of beer with extract kits and im wanting to step it up a notch..(both were Stouts) would love to make something similar to to the tastings of a blackberry whit without getting to far ahead of myself in advanced brewing. looked through the recipe section of the site in fruit beers.. found a couple.. looked kind of advanced.. I have mainly just the essentials when it comes to brewing equipment.. nothing fancy.. any suggestions for a beginner wanting to step it up a little??
