hey everyone.
so, my buddy in CA peaked my interest in brewing, and in an attempt to spite him, i started as well; and my interest and ambition has just skyrocketed with everything i read and do.
started in late march early april and did some cider to cut my teeth on.
made some mistakes, and made some tastey beverages.
just did my 1st beer, been fermenting for a few days now (a cream stout) i put it in a wine chiller so i can keep the temp down.
all i can think about now is brewing, and learning about hops and grains.
it's exciting ****! awesome.
