just came across this video of a local Hard Cidery & Mill here is South East Michigan -- Blakes.

Been here a number of times....they make some very tasty hard ciders. (...and killer donuts...lol)

Some interesting sounding ciders! Not sold close by me but next time I'm in PA, I'll have to look for it. Cucumber/ginger infused has me wondering if that should be a future experiment to try.

Cucumber/ginger juice added right to primary or wait for secondary??....hmmm
