Ive started a mixed fruit cider with around 33oz og fruit in primary will i need toadd more fruit when racking to give more flavor or should it have enough flavor from thr primary many thanks in advance jamie

If you feel the need to add more fruit after giving it a taste before racking, then you should. I've found that letting the yeast have their way with some plain old juice and then add some fruit when racking has turned out well. I try to keep things simple and add some fruit once such as when racking and cold crashing. That's just what I do though because what I add later rather than sooner seems to shine through more in the end;) Cheers!

Adding fruit before a fermentation is some what of a lost cause other than helping boost the sugar content. A lot of the flavors are stripped out during fermentation. Follow the advice of J. Ferment -> Rack -> Add Fruit -> cold crash.
