Light Green Bottles Okay?

Someone just gave me a pretty sweet gift, a case of Boylan Ginger Ale. Even if the soda is terrible, the bottles are really cool. Problem is, they're light green. Will this be a problem for beer's sake?

so long as they don't see any light at all, you'll be fine. Keep them in the dark and avoid putting overly hoppy beers in them.

+1 for keeping them in the dark and you should be fine. (unless you're making a Stella/Heineken/Carlsburgh clone )

My first homebrew bottles were green.

Ehhh false alarm anyway...they're twist off. Could have sworn they were pop off.

As long as you keep them away from light and heat in excess of 79F, the color of the bottle doesn't matter.

I've used crown caps on twist-off bottles before without issue. I don't think it really matters.

I already started throwing the empties away...don't feel like digging them out of the trash. It gives me an excuse to buy another case of beer, at any rate.
