I have a recipe that call for light carastan. But I local homebrew shop can't get it. I was thinking caramunich as a substitute. Not sure how close it will be. Any advice

Light Carastan is British Crystal C15. Not too much flavor to it, you could easily get away with any C15 crystal malt (or C10 or C20). Not an exact replacement, but should work OK.
