Hadn't planned on brewing today. Today is my Birthday and the wife asked me what I'd like to do today...Thought about it for a very short time....now I'm brewing. Brewing a B3 Stout Extract Kit. Steeped grains in cooler for 45 min, was about 64C when done, a little low..Used some iodine to check for starch and no color change, so I think I did converted pretty well. Down to 15 min more to boil....Listening to Johnny Cash and sipping a home brew...LIFE IS GOOD!
