some berlinerweisse aging on canned mango
Blonde aging on some canned peaches (seeing if canned fruit works as i've heard mixed results)
Extra wort i had from a 10 gallon BIAB of berlinerweisse, tossed all my old yeast packs with bugs into it (i think it was 7 different tubes and packs) took off and ended within 2 days, was only at 1.030
10 gallons of berlinerweisse sour worting, should be boiling that tonight
5 gallons of a base for a "malt beverage" with koolaid in the mini fridge behind it.

I'm fairly new to brewing and want to learn the differences in base malts, so I'm doing a bunch of 1 gallon SMaSH's. The one on the left is German Munich and the one on the right is F.M. Bohemian pilsner.

Was told by SWMBO to have enough for my son's baptism party so I have a Brody Brown Ale II, Blue Moon clone and Ed's Aphfelwein rdy to go with Chicago Liberty (SA Boston Luger with Liberty hops) and an IPA in the keg. It should be fun.

Brewed a NE style pale on Sunday.

10 lbs Pale 2 Row
2 lbs flaked oats

What stopper and size tubing are you using for the blowoff setup? I need to setup a blowoff for my fermonster.

Thanks in advance!

It's a number 10 stopper, air lock, and 1/2" ID tubing connected to the center post of the airlock. I tried to set it up without the airlock, but couldn't find the right tubing to fit anything.

It's a 7 gallon, and yes, I have needed it...

Thanks for the info! I've never thought about placing the tubing on the airlock. WOW that was some crazy fermentation! I feel like I never have krausen like that, but maybe that's due to using fermcap during the boil.
