First batch in the conical

Very first batch.... Went big.... Imperial IPA, day three of the 1st fermentation

OG of 1.084... Hope my first batch taste as good as it smells!!!

Well it has been awhile since I posted pics of our brews knocked out 48gal yesterday. Friends still have some in carboys from a while back.
 
most of this was from this last weekend.

3 minis = some extra mild wort that i pitched some older sour cake onto
1.120 pumpkin ale
the 2 3 gallons are palmers oaked mild
sour better bottle is a lambic
behind that is a golden promise moteuka smash
 
Tried to get them all in the pic. Have three lagering also.

I think the flem-ish brown saison is ready to bottle. At least as ready as it's going to get. Probably going to rack the black sour onto a bunch of blueberries and hope berries don't get lost behind everything else.

Haha after they soaked a couple days I told my wife it looked like I was soaking calamari in the fermenter cause the sliced apricots formed large O's. Also I didn't use sulfured apricots which keep that nice orange color.
