I am currently phasing out this stand and making one from uni-strut channel ImageUploadedByHome Brew1408638366.654475.jpgImageUploadedByHome Brew1408638418.860492.jpg

This is my little 2-2.5 gallon BIAB setup all packed up. Takes up minimal space which is good bc I move every 3-6 months for work. I use a plastic bin, that we pack clothes in, for a swamp cooler setup for fermentation. Stove top brewing.

There's the brewery: a 36 qt mash/lauter tun and 9 gal brew kettle on a '96 propane turkey fryer. Just the right height to flow into a fermenter/bottling bucket. That's all there is to it.

I heat my strike water in my boil kettle and dough in. When I am about 10 min to mash out I heat up my batch sparge water and hold it in a bottling bucket until my vorlauf and lauter into the boil kettle are complete. Then I batch sparge from the bottling bucket.

High Tech!

Efficient! Makes a lot of sense.

I'm not sure if it's legal to post here on HBT, but I'm not selling anything so I suppose it's cool.

check it out, check it often. the content refreshes daily!

Here is my chest freezer and RaspberryPi setup.

The long view shows the whole thing, but the side view more clearly shows the RPi, temperature probes, relays, fermwraps, etc.

I've turned my back patio in to a pilot brewery, I'm testing lots of different recipes, so there's a few pics of the large amount of ingredients I have around the house.

The grain storage area. 5 gallon buckets with gamma seal lids, still waiting on the pallet of grain to arrive.
