At this time, if I could perfect this lager beer, I would be a very, very happy camper.

Any input would be fantastic!!

So far I have read that they use 3 types of barley. German, British and US (Wisconsin) Not really sure what that means. 2-row, Pils, and Marris???

Not sure of the yeast either. Hops are apparently German (Noble)....

Have you been able to make any progress on this? I would also like to get something similar to this beer, and there isn't much out there.
